Why alerts matter
Laundry work moves fast. Alerts make sure customers know when their clothes are ready, riders know when a new job is assigned, and your dashboard refreshes when something changes — so nobody is left guessing.
What customers get notified about
- Pickup booked successfully
- Rider assigned and on the way
- Order status changes (in process, ready, out for delivery)
- Pickup or delivery completed
- Payment received or wallet updated
- Loyalty points earned
What riders get notified about
- New pickup or delivery job assigned to them
- Job updates from the store
What your dashboard shows
When orders, payments, or logistics tasks change, your dashboard updates in real time. You do not need to refresh the page constantly during rush hours. The Notifications inbox also stores messages you can review later.
If someone is not getting alerts
- Customer or rider should allow notification permission on their phone
- They should log in again to register their device
- Push alerts work on real phones, not on computer simulators
