Prepaid wallet — customers pay ahead

Customers can add money to a wallet in the mobile app and use it to pay for future orders. This helps you get cash upfront and makes checkout faster for regular customers. You can also add wallet balance manually from the dashboard.

Credit (dues) — when customers owe you

Some businesses allow trusted customers to pay later. The Credit Ledger tracks what each customer owes. Use it to follow up on outstanding amounts without losing track in a notebook.

Loyalty points — reward repeat business

You can turn on loyalty points so customers earn rewards when they pay. Points can be redeemed as discounts or wallet credit. This encourages customers to come back to your laundry instead of a competitor.
