How customers and riders pay online through GoLaundry — simple explanation for store owners.

What is online payment in GoLaundry?

GoLaundry connects to Razorpay so customers can pay by UPI, card, or net banking from their phone. Riders can also collect online payment at the customer's doorstep. You do not handle card details — the payment goes through a secure checkout page.

Where customers pay online

  • From the customer app when paying an unpaid order
  • When topping up their prepaid wallet
  • When buying a package or subscription plan

Where riders collect online

During a pickup or delivery, the rider can open a payment link on the customer's phone. Once paid, the order is marked as paid in your dashboard automatically.

How you see online payments

Go to the Payments page in your dashboard and filter by Successful payments. Online collections show as 'Online' with a note that they came through the payment gateway. They are kept separate from cash entries so your totals stay accurate.

Common questions

  • Customer paid but order still shows unpaid — ask them to wait a moment and refresh; contact support if it persists
